Transportation Change Request

Parents, please send a note with your child if you need to request a transportation change for that day.

However, if you are unable to send a note to school with your student, you can send an email to [email protected] or complete the form below. You can also complete the transportation request form below. However, you still have to send in a picture of your ID to the email address above.

Please include the following information in the email.

Picture of your driver's license
Date(s)/Duration of Change
How you would like your child to go home (car rider, Bus, Daycare Van, etc).
